The historic landscape at Sheddon Clough provides a fascinating glimpse into a long lost mining industry of the South Pennines. Our new Podscroll guide allows you to explore this unique landscape on foot using your mobile phone. The Podscroll follows an easy 1.5 mile walking route and highlights points of archaeological, geological and ecological interest along the trail.

Simply download the zipped file here onto your home computer and open the ‘Podscroll PDF’ which will instruct you on how to download the trail and upload it onto your mobile device. Then head for the moors!

The podscroll will work with any mobile phone device that has a large colour screen and can display images.
