Heritage Festival Launch

The South Pennines Heritage Festival programme was launched on July 18th at Todmorden Station. The Festival includes 75 events over the period 8th-30th September, all accessible by public transport and sponsored by Northern Rail, the Environment Agency Yorkshire Water and United Utilities.
