Exciting new post to organise the South Pennines Walk and Ride Festival

The South Pennines offer one of the densest networks of rights of way in the country, ranging across challenging open moorland, through ancient woodlands, along cascading watercourses and down into quirky valley towns rich in industrial heritage. Every year in early September, Pennine Prospects orgnises a Walk and Ride Festival, which last year consisted of a programme of 134 outdoor events, mostly walking and cycling. Now we are looking for a new festival coordinator to develop, expand and focus the South Pennines Walk and Ride Festival over the next two years.
