We have phenomenal local distinctiveness in the South Pennines, created for us by our unique heritage assets, landscape and our food & creative industries and yet we are not selling these effectively to visitors. We are looking for someone to help us deliver a South Pennines “Local Distinctiveness” project which aims to use our key assets to create something that will encourage the visitor to stay longer, spend more and raise our profile in a highly competitive market.
