Albert Atkinson

Albert Atkinson has been a Lancashire County Councillor for 16 years and is at present Deputy Leader of the County Council and Cabinet Member for Community and Partnerships and Local Strategic Partnerships.

He was a Borough Councillor for 7 years. During that time he stood as Mayor of the Borough also Chairman of Finance and Deputy Leader of the Council.

Other interests include Rugby Union, Sea Fishing and Fell Walking.
